Wesney Terrace gracefully adapts to its uniquely shaped site, utilising a clever floor plan that establishes fluid transitions between the indoors and the landscape. A sheltered internal courtyard serves as the central anchor of the home, naturally combating Kingston’s prevailing winds, while offering a protected, sun-drenched outdoor oasis that can be enjoyed across all seasons. The indoor layout splits into distinct master and family wings to beautifully balance connected spaces with private retreats.
Natural textures, seamlessly integrated with the surrounding landscape, are at the core of this home’s character. Our team is utilising raw, regional elements like schist stone and timber cladding, pairing them with crisp, modern tray profiles to create a striking and enduring aesthetic.
