That grounding shapes how he runs the business today: hands-on judgment applied across the whole operation.

Starting his career in Southland, Cody's construction journey has taken him across Canterbury, Sydney, and the Southern Lakes, with experience ranging from commercial construction and heritage restoration through to high-end residential homes. With more than 14 years in the industry, he is known for his proactive approach, ability to navigate challenges, and commitment to delivering exceptional project outcomes.
