Developments of this scale inevitably encounter the challenge of effectively managing numerous personnel on-site, and overseeing the extensive work in progress at any given time. To effectively navigate this, we employed a robust quality control checklist. This strategic approach ensured that every detail, no matter how small, was carefully overseen—contributing to the successful realisation of our vision for this project.
